What are your operating hours?

We’re open Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We’re closed on Sundays, except for boarding pick-ups.

Do I need to book an appointment for grooming services?

Yes, appointments are required for all grooming services to ensure we can give each dog the attention they need. You can book online or by giving us a call.

What vaccinations does my dog need to attend daycare?

We require proof of up-to-date vaccinations for rabies, distemper, and bordetella. Please bring your dog’s vaccination records on their first visit.

How are the dogs grouped during playtime?

Dogs are grouped by size, temperament, and play style to ensure a safe and fun environment for everyone. Our experienced staff monitor all groups closely.

What should I bring for my dog's stay at the daycare?

For daycare, you don’t need to bring anything other than your dog. However, if they’re staying overnight, you’re welcome to bring their favorite blanket, toy, or food to make them feel more at home.

Can I tour the facility before enrolling my dog?

Absolutely! We encourage you to tour our facility so you can see where your dog will be spending their time. Just give us a call to schedule a visit.

What if my dog has special dietary needs?

No problem! Just bring your dog’s food along with specific feeding instructions, and we’ll make sure they stick to their diet.

Do you offer overnight boarding?

Yes, we do offer overnight boarding. Your dog will have a comfortable space to sleep, with plenty of playtime and attention during the day.

How do you handle emergencies or medical issues?

In the event of an emergency, we’ll contact you immediately and take your dog to the nearest veterinary clinic if necessary. Our staff is trained in pet first aid.

What is your policy on aggressive dogs?

We assess each dog’s temperament during their first visit. If a dog shows signs of aggression, we’ll discuss alternative options with the owner to ensure everyone’s safety.

How often will my dog be taken outside?

Dogs are taken outside for bathroom breaks multiple times throughout the day. We also have indoor play areas where they can run and play.

Can I check in on my dog during the day?

Yes, we offer a live webcam feed where you can check in on your dog at any time. We also provide daily updates with photos and videos.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Payment is due at the time of service.

Is there a cancellation policy for daycare or grooming appointments?

Yes, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. If you cancel within less than 24 hours, a cancellation fee may apply.

How do I sign up for your services?

You can sign up online through our website or by calling our office. We’ll guide you through the process and answer any questions you have.
